Projector Blackouts (projectorblackouts.com)

Do you need complete darkness for your production or service? Is that auto “black” screen just not what it needs to be?

We build the perfect solution for you... A Projector Blackout. These work like a Shutter or an Iris, only better suited for the simple job at hand. More like a flapper or a light shield, this Projector Blackout puts a physical barrier between the projector lens and the screen.

These are remotely controlled from your sound/lighting booth via hard wire. They mount directly to your projector with Velcro straps for safe and easy installation. Use almost any wiring you have around with at least 3 insulated 22 awg conductors. You will get everything you need except wiring (which we can throw in for an added cost).

You can find these elsewhere online for $260-$800. We can have yours shipped within 2 weeks, for only $125. If you are a Church organization we offer a discount.

What is this about?

I would like to open a discussion about the endless possibilities that are opening all around us. Economic disasters of the past have fueled productivity gains, improved business models and ultimately result in dynamic businesses.

The current economic situation has devastated many people, families, businesses, governments and nations. We have successfully saddle our future generations with the task of pulling us out of this terrible hole we are in. We must not wait. We need to open our eyes and see the world around us with new light. We will see new opportunities to solve problems in our current jobs and improve the fate of all our fellow colleagues.

More excitingly, we will see new solutions for problems faced by not just our company, but all companies and new business will be born. The best way to get a business idea off the ground it to talk about it. Talk with everyone you know (and others you don't). Uncovering shortcomings for business models and brainstorming the next step, the up-sell, the continued revenue stream will enable more successful start-ups. Sharing your insights will spread the fire of innovation and re-establish the global economy; and most likely make you a successful entrepreneur!
